When requesting a password reset, be sure to enter the email address we used to verify you during sign-up, not your personal or contact email. If you use a different email, you will not receive the reset link.
For most members, there are two email addresses associated with the account. The first is the email we verified your eligibility with, most often your work email, and this is the email you must use to log in. The second is your contact email, usually your personal email address, where we send tickets, notifications, and any applicable communications or marketing.
Once you request a password reset, the reset link will be sent to both your work email and your personal email, so you don’t need to worry if you don’t currently have access to one of those inboxes.
