For the majority of our members, there are two email addresses associated with each account. Most commonly, your work email address is set as your login email and is the one we use to verify your eligibility. Your contact email address is typically your personal email and is used to receive tickets, marketing messages, and other relevant communications.
You can change your contact email address in your account by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner and selecting 'User Details'.
Due to our verification process, your login email cannot be changed without assistance from our support team. If your role has changed or your work email address has been updated, please contact our customer service team with the reason for the change and both your old and new email addresses, and we’ll be happy to help.
