If your account shows as pending approval when you sign in, it may mean that we need additional proof of your eligibility.
Work Email Verification
You may have signed up using a personal email address instead of your work email. If so, please send us your work email address and we’ll update your account. If you don’t have a work email, we’ll need you to submit the following documents, and we’ll work to activate your account as quickly as possible:
A form of government-issued identification (a scan or photo of your passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate)
Staff ID, a pay stub, or proof of placement (with both your organization’s name and your name clearly visible)
Please submit your documents using the appropriate form on the Help Center home page.
Organization Not Listed
You may have noticed that your organization was not listed in the drop-down menu during sign-up and selected the closest match instead. For full verification, these details must align. Please complete this form to register interest on behalf of your organization, and we’ll be in touch shortly.
Once you receive confirmation that your employer has been added, contact our customer service team and we’ll connect everything and activate your account.
